Do I need the physical Jibber to use the app? +
No. The free app is a complete virtual Jibber — pick Jibbies and press play right on your phone. The physical player is an optional, screen-free way to play the same stories.
Does Premium cover my whole family? +
Yes. A single Jibber Premium membership unlocks the full experience for every child profile and every device signed into your household — phone, tablet, and the premium web player.
Where can I use the web player? +
Anyone can log in on the web to manage their account, household, and billing. The full web player and story library are a Premium benefit; free accounts can log in and upgrade at any time.
I subscribed on my phone — can I manage it on the web? +
You can always view your subscription and where it was purchased from your account page. Cancellations are handled by the original provider — the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe — and we'll link you straight there.
What happens to my account if Premium expires? +
Your account, household, and settings stay in place. You can manage billing or delete your account at any time, Premium or not.
Does Jibber record my child's voice? +
No. Jibber has no microphone and makes no voice recordings — it only narrates stories out loud.
